Elevate Healthcare Consultants is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is licensed in the state of CA and has a DEA license.

• Location: Central California, Southern San Joaquin Valley
• Services: Primary care including pediatric, adult, women's care, and office-based procedures.
• Support: 2 MA's back office & .5 MA front office
• Patient Population: Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
