Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Our home is 1 story. I need help with organizing, cleaning, laundry, dishes, and really anything around the house. I also have 4 dogs so occasion dog poop clean up outside. Would also like help cleaning backyard area on occasion. Jobs would be different every time depending on what is needed. We have a cleaning crew that comes every 2 weeks to do the deep cleaning. Someone who can take direction well and who is good and organizing. Yes. 4 dogs. 2 medium golden doodles and 2 micro mini golden doodles. They bark when you walk in but then go right back to sleeping and relaxing.
