Companion Care Needed

I need adult personal care assitant for mid 20's adult female with intellectual disability. Light meal prep and companionship. Looking for someone who can accomodate a 4 day rotating schedule: 4 days on day shift, 4 days off, 4 "days" on night shift, 4 days off. Day shift would be between 4-5 a.m. until 6-7 p.m. and nights would be 4-5 p.m. until 6-7 a.m. I am looking to relocate to the Savannah area, so exact times and the location is still up in the air. She is pretty much self sufficient in most ways. She cannot prepare food and cannot be left alone.
