HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient assignment in Big Bear Lake, CA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a supportive outpatient setting dedicated to patient recovery and mobility.

Position Highlights:

• 60-minute evaluations and treatments

• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends/holidays)

• One-on-one patient care

• Collaborative clinical team

• Diverse caseload including post-op, orthopedic, and sports rehab

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish patient-centered treatment plans

• Deliver high-quality therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function

• Accurately document clinical progress and update plans as needed

• Coordinate care with physicians and other rehab professionals

• Educate patients and families to support continued progress at home

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapy License – Required

• 1+ year of outpatient experience – Preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Committed to delivering evidence-based, outcomes-focused care
