Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to assess their IT needs and suggest customized solutions.
• Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of IT solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement impactful IT strategies.
• Evaluate client feedback and analytics to enhance IT service delivery.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation for effective solution use.
• Stay abreast of IT trends and innovations relevant to the French-speaking market.
• Participate in creating proposals and documentation capturing client requirements.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Prior experience in an IT consulting role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• A degree in technology, IT, business, or a related area is preferred.
