Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape maintenance crews to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor work to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to company standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote skill development, safety, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets client expectations and company quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment, materials, and inventory necessary for daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track crew hours, job costs, and productivity to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and horticulture.
  • Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
