Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 Base + Bonus

Open Arms Home Care is a growing, mission-driven provider of non-medical home care services, including personal assistance, companionship, and homemaking. We serve seniors and adults with disabilities across Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Known for our compassionate care and strong community presence, we are expanding our outreach team and seeking a sales professional who can help drive referral growth and connect clients to the support they need.

Position Summary

The Sales Associate is a field-based outreach and relationship-building role focused on growing referral sources and supporting new client onboarding. You do not need home care experience — just a track record of success in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to work in a mission-driven environment that helps vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with professionals such as case managers, social workers, hospital discharge planners, and community organizations

• Generate referrals and help guide families through the home care onboarding process

• Attend and represent Open Arms at community events and outreach fairs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth service setup for new clients

• Log outreach activity and track leads using CRM systems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or outreach (healthcare or community-based setting is a plus but not required)

• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills

• Comfortable speaking with professionals and families from diverse backgrounds

• Organized and tech-savvy enough to use a CRM or tracking system

• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in the field

Preferred But Not Required

• Familiarity with Medicaid waiver programs, social services, or elder care

• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Russian/English)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience

Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events
