1st Shift Maintenance Support

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide short-term maintenance support in student housing. This role will assist the maintenance team with general tasks to help prepare units for incoming residents.

Location: Eugene, OR

Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F and OT as needed

Pay rate: $16.50

Duties:

1. Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and basic repairs
2. Help move furniture or supplies as needed
3. Perform cleaning and touch-up work in rooms and common areas
4. Support the team with room inspections and inventory checks
5. Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
6. Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and general maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Prior experience in maintenance or facilities support is a plus
• Note: This is a short-term project lasting approximately 2–4 days.
