A Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician provides timely and appropriate care in an emergency room setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and effective treatment. Responsibilities include advising on diagnostic testing, patient care decisions, and maintaining compliance with health regulations while fostering culturally sensitive relationships with patients. The role requires current US medical licensure and certifications such as AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, with flexible shift availability including days and nights.
Physician is required to be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Physician is responsible for providing appropriate, timely assistance and instruction, and advising other health care professionals on patient care safety, recommended diagnostic testing and medical care decision making and treatment. Works constructively and collaboratively with other health care professionals in attaining high standards of health care in compliance with IHS regulations and directives.
