Family Practice - Without OB Physician at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) summary:

This position is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician without Obstetrics in Highland, IL, providing primary outpatient care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The practice operates Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday work, minimal on-call responsibility, and advanced EMR support. HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Physician to join our primary care team in Highland, IL. Highland is a fantastic community, only 38 miles from St. Louis. Attached to St. Joseph's Hospital, this HSHS Medical Group location provides an excellent experience to it's patients with quick access to additional services. Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
