Assignment Details:

• Start Date: 05/18/2026 (open-ended, with likely extension)
• Duration: Approximately 90 days
• Schedule: Flexible shifts including 5×8s and 4×10s
• Required availability: 3–4 weeks per month (no exceptions)
• No call required
• May require cross-credentialing across additional nearby facilities

Practice Setting:

• Hospital-based anesthesia department
• Opportunity to function independently as a sole CRNA when needed
• Flexible staffing environment supporting multiple surgical services
• Trauma level: None
• Academic medical center experience not required

Your Role:

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
• Adapt to variable scheduling needs to support OR coverage
• Collaborate with anesthesia teams across multiple sites as needed
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and perioperative care

Scheduling Expectations:

• Must be fully flexible with shift types and scheduling needs
• Required commitment of 3–4 weeks per month
• Ability to support rotating coverage demands

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina CRNA license (required)
• Strong clinical independence and confidence in solo practice settings
• Ability to work in high-demand OR environments
• Adaptability for multi-site coverage if needed

• Mandatory onboarding and EMR (Epic) training required
• Orientation period prior to clinical start
• Travel flexibility preferred
