NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

We Offer:
Top of Market Base Salary 230K + 16K QI for 246 Annual Comp - 3% increase year over year
Stipends & Sign-on bonus is up to 90K
Generous PTO- 8 Weeks
