Responsibilities – Off Road Technician: 

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ATVs, UTVs, and other off-road equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues using proper tools and equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications before delivery to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs clearly
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
• Keep a clean, organized work area and assist team members as needed

Qualifications – Off Road Technician: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Off Road / ATV / UTV Technician
• Manufacturer certifications (Yamaha, Can-Am, Suzuki, etc.) preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy service department
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
