Job Description:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are pristine and welcoming. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working independently, takes pride in their work, and enjoys flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying living spaces.  
• Handle specialty cleaning tasks such as cleaning windows, appliances, and baseboards as needed.  
• Follow client-specific instructions and preferences to deliver personalized cleaning services.  
• Use eco-friendly and client-approved cleaning products and equipment (provided by the company).  
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly.  
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.  
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:  

• Experience: Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred but not required; we provide training!  
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive attitude.  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.  
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Meridian and surrounding areas.  
• Availability: Flexible availability, Part-time (20–30 hours/week) or full-time (30–40 hours/week) options available.  
• Background: Must pass a background check and provide references.  
• Legal: Eligible to work in the U.S.
