We pay $5000 guaranteed for 15 cars sold. Salesman spiff programs exceed $1000 per month. AND commissions exceed 35% over 18 units.

We are going to fill ONE open position in the Sales Department in our dealership with a qualified candidate who are motivated self-starters and want to learn how to become great Customer Advisors.

To qualify you must meet the following criteria:

- Be a great communicator in both spoken and written words
- Utilize creative thinking to assist customers in solving every day problems
- Capable of treating people with courtesy and respect
- Willing to build life long relationships with our customers and fellow employees
- Be Goal Oriented
- Be a self-starter
- Have a willingness to learn
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Be a person of integrity and character

- New car sales experience required with proven track record. Please provide records to back up CSI and sales performance.

You must be able to pass a background, drug test and employment verification process.
