Our State Farm agency, led by Drew Dileo - State Farm Agent, is looking for a dynamic team member to build strong customer relationships and drive sales of auto, home, and life insurance products in the community.

What Youll Do:


  • Use a customer-first, consultative selling approach to educate customers about insurance solutions that fit their unique needs.
  • Partner with the agent to set and crush marketing and sales goals.
  • Generate and produce leads, schedule appointments, uncover customer needs, and confidently present State Farm products that protect and empower customers.
  • Be a trusted advisor who helps people manage risk, recover from setbacks, and achieve their financial goals.

What Were Looking For:


  • Proven sales experience (OR hungry to get into sales) whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing and a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills: you listen, connect, and engage with ease.
  • Passion for helping customers understand how insurance and financial products can protect their lives and dreams.
  • Self-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident presenting and building rapport with potential customers.
  • Property and Casualty license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain).
