About the Role

As our Customer Service Representative, youll play a key role in keeping our agency running smoothly. Youll assist with insurance-related administrative tasks, support customer sales & service efforts, and ensure efficient office operations.

What Youll Do:

Process insurance documents, applications, and policy changes

Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales

Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs

Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism

Assist with billing, payments, and claims follow-ups

What Were Looking For:

Obtain an insurance in the state of Wisconsin for P&C within 90 days.

Previous administrative or office support experience (insurance experience a plus!)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems

A team player with a positive, professional attitude
