Our state-of-the-art cryo therapy and medical spa is looking for dynamic and versatile receptionist to join our team and provide top notch customer service to our clients.

Receptionists are not just front desk staff — they are the first and last impression for every client. Their role is to provide a welcoming, professional experience while driving engagement in reviews, referrals, and promotions under the Center Manager’s direction.
Client Experience Standards
Stand up, smile, and greet every client by name when possible.
Use positive body language (open posture, eye contact).
Thank each client sincerely at checkout.
Core Duties
Check-In & Check-Out – Ensure smooth arrival/departure, accurate billing.
Calls & Texts – Complete assignments from Center Manager (confirmations, follow-ups, reactivations).
Cancellations/Reschedules – Update system immediately and inform manager of repeat no-shows.
Daily Promotion – Ask for reviews, encourage Instagram follows, distribute Friend Passes, and promote Convoy of Hope.
