Family Practice - Without OB Physician

FM Physician position with a well establish health system.

The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity located in St Ignace, MI.

Clinic setting provides outpatient care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No after hour call, no weekends, no holidays required great balance of work and personal life. EHR equipped facility with daily patient flow of 15.
Salaried, full time position includes benefits: 15 days PTO, 12 days sick, 12 paid holidays CME ($3500/10days); $2000 licenses, health and disability insurance, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and 1% 401K match with loan repayment available.
Must have/obtain active MI license, current DEA and be BE/BC in FM or Medpeds.
St. Ignace, MI, is located on the northwestern shore of beautiful Lake Huron, just north of the Mackinac Bridge. Considered to a premier vacation spot of Michigan, St Ignace is only a 20 minute ferry ride to famous Mackinac Island resort community. There are sugar-sand beaches for recreation in the summer, as well as excellent fishing, boating, and hiking in the nearby national forests and lakeshores. Winter activities include downhill skiing (at the Boynes and others), cross-country skiing (several trails are nearby), great snowmobiling, and ice fishing.
