Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician – Snow Hill, MD
Pay: $20–22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances)

• Handle unit turns and make-readies

• Perform preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep

• Provide great customer service to residents and staff

• Ensure tasks are completed professionally and on time

Requirements:

• Apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team player

Compensation & Hours:

• $20–22 per hour, depending on experience

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
