Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Retail Associate to join our in-store team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product selection, provide guidance on paint and supplies, manage inventory, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Provide accurate tinting, mixing, and color matching using in-store systems
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries
• Support outside sales and delivery teams as needed

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (paint/hardware a plus)
• Comfortable with basic math and handling cash/credit transactions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn about paints, coatings, and application tools
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
