Production Sorter

Corn Sorter – Worthington / Switz City, IN

- Job Type: Seasonal – runs through approximately October/November.
- Location: Worthington / Switz City IN 47465
- Pay Rate: $17 per hour
- Schedule: Three 12-hour days and one 6-hour day for a total of 42 hours per week. You will either work Sunday-Tuesday 6 AM to 6:30 PM and Wednesday 6 AM to noon, OR Wednesday noon to 6 pm and Thursday-Saturday 6 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sort and grade corn based on quality and size.
- Once the corn comes into the facility it goes through conveyors and the sorters judge it for quality
- Examine it and put it back on the conveyor to be dehusked or route it elsewhere if it doesn't meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience preferred.
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Previous experience in agricultural roles is a plus but not required.
