Receives and processes all emergency and non-emergency calls. Disseminates information between law enforcement, medical units, and fire response; determines nature and locations of emergency, determines priority, and dispatches emergency responders as necessary in accordance with established department policies and procedures. Must be able to relay pertinent information to law enforcement and other emergency services responders.
Benton County Central Dispatch is the critical link between our community and emergency responders. Our team of dedicated 911 professionals provides around-the-clock service, ensuring that every call for help is answered with urgency, accuracy, and compassion.
We are the first voice people hear in their worst moments, coordinating emergency response for law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS across Benton County. Our dispatchers are highly trained multitaskers who excel under pressure, balancing technology, communication, and quick decision-making to keep our community safe.
