Landscape Maintenance Foreman - Full-time

Job Description:

The Landscape Maintenance Team Leader is an experienced team member responsible for overseeing and working with a landscape maintenance crew of one to two team members. The crew performs landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing, spring/fall clean ups, weeding, annual flower planting, mulching and other related services. 

Daily activities include:

• Mowing lawns
• Weed wacking
• Weeding by hand
• Leaf blowing
• Pruning shrubs
• Mulching
• Other related landscape projects

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years with Landscape maintenance
• Ability to work independently

Candidate has the desire to direct team members, manage time and complete tasks within budget while maintaining Naylor Landscape Management’s quality standards.

Licenses:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License 
• Chauffer license
