Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is hiring a Mobile Service Technician! You’ll drive our Mobile Service Van to customer homes and workplaces to handle basic service needs and recalls.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a great customer experience at each stop

• Travel to customer locations and complete scheduled services

• Perform maintenance/repairs quickly and accurately

• Stay up to date with Ford training and bulletins

• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license

• ASE certification (Ford certifications a plus)

• Previous technician experience preferred (but not required)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets)
