Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead our Charlotte, NC location. This individual will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of clinical operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The ideal candidate is a motivated BCBA who wants to grow with our company and make a long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.
Oversee individualized treatment programs for children with autism.
Maintain high clinical and ethical standards in alignment with BACB guidelines.
Ensure clinic efficiency, scheduling, and smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams.
Support the expansion of services, including new SLP offerings.
Participate in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
Requirements
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism.
Leadership or clinic management experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Charlotte, NC (remote interviews available initially).
