Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead our Charlotte, NC location. This individual will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of clinical operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The ideal candidate is a motivated BCBA who wants to grow with our company and make a long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.

• Oversee individualized treatment programs for children with autism.

• Maintain high clinical and ethical standards in alignment with BACB guidelines.

• Ensure clinic efficiency, scheduling, and smooth daily operations.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams.

• Support the expansion of services, including new SLP offerings.

• Participate in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.

• Foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism.

• Leadership or clinic management experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Charlotte, NC (remote interviews available initially).
