Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a Maintenance Technician position with an Established Local Manufacturing Company. This position will pay between $24 - $32 per hour based on experience. The hours are Monday - Friday from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. 

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Read and write ladder logic for PLCs to diagnose and resolve issues
• Wire and install electrical panels, motors, and control systems as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on a variety of manufacturing equipment
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have 3+ years of PLC programming
• Must have 5-7 years of Industrial Maintenance
• Mechatronics certificate or equivalent technical training is preferred
• Must have own tools/basic hand tools
• Has a working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Able to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment as well as a very hot/dirty environment 
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel-toed shoes/boots and Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear
• Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines
