Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay

Must have at least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Shifts:

• 1st shift – 6AM to 2:30PM
• 2nd shift – 2PM to 10:30PM
• OVERTIME SHOULD BE EXPECTED

Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment; perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance logs, shift reports, and organized workspaces.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and report issues to the General Manager.
• Load, unload, and operate tools, equipment, and work vehicles as needed.
• Follow instructions, manuals, and blueprints to complete tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications:

• Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Communicates effectively, speaking multiple languages is preferred.
• Collaborates with maintenance workers, maintenance managers, and contractors.
• At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• A certification in building maintenance is a plus.
• Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
