Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a care provider with experience, ASAP. My father is on in-home hospice and we need assistance with his care. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Incontinence Cleaning, Meal Preparation. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping such as laundry for his clothing and linens and the cleaning from the meal prep. Prepare and serve two light meals per day, typically breakfast and dinner. Clean him and replace his incontinence underwear. Optimally looking for someone who can do a split shift, 2-3 hours in the morning and 2-3 hours in the evening, however, willing to provide full time hours if needed.
