Job Description:

  Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans

  Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

  Monitor patient progress and report observations to supervising therapist

  
  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety at all times

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes in a skilled nursing environment

  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active PTA license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain

  Minimum of 2 years of prior PTA experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
