Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
• Guide clients in utilizing product features and offer best practices for optimal use.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and resolutions in our service management system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when needed.
• Stay updated on product updates and enhancements to ensure accurate support.
• Contribute to the evolution of support processes and client satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
• Experience with helpdesk systems or ticketing software is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
