QUALIFICATIONS

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of driving experience
• Experience with basic furniture assembly
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Ability to manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NON-CDL TRUCK DRIVER - FURNITURE DELIVERY SPECIALIST

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. You'll receive guaranteed 8 hours of pay per day, plus daily overtime, with year-round work.

As our Non-CDL Truck Driver - Furniture Delivery Specialist, you'll begin each day with a vehicle inspection before heading out on your route. You'll deliver and install furniture according to customer specifications, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure timely, safe deliveries. You'll also communicate any issues to your supervisor and follow all DOT and traffic regulations.

MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination
