Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via email promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support management system.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and provide valuable customer feedback.
• Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry best practices to enhance service quality.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer support effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, with excellent written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or email communication is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
