The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is a unique chance to work directly with our VP of Business Development, learning hands-on how to build client relationships, expand services, and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Business Development to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.

• Expand existing customer relationships by introducing additional services.

• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and client communication.

• Learn the sales process from prospecting to closing through direct mentorship and training.

• Represent Flexecution’s brand with professionalism and integrity.

Who We’re Looking For

• College graduate (preferred) or equivalent.

• No or limited sales experience required—training provided.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and well-spoken.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
