We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Records Clerk to support our Cae Managers and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely handling of client medical files.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain client communication regarding medical documentation.
- Collect, organize, and manage medical records and billing for 50-100 active case files.
- Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure all medical data is properly entered and updated.
- Obtain and track third-party subrogation lien amounts.
- Assist in the preparation of settlement demand packages.
- Perform clerical tasks related to case files, billing, and medical documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in personal injury
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Filevine or Abacus Law is a plus.
- Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work in the office Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
