Overview
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Remote Client Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll help clients by providing support across phone, email, and chat channels. Your focus will be on creating a smooth, positive experience and ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
Assist clients with service-related questions, forms, and processes
Update client records accurately in the CRM system
Work with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide status updates to clients
Maintain a courteous and solution-focused approach in every interaction
Qualifications
Prior client support or customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF tools
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup
