Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, leading and developing the internal team, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience in staffing/recruiting, sales, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations including staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of recruiters, coordinators, and administrative staff.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships; conduct client visits, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Achieve branch performance goals related to sales, placements, client retention, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and regulations.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to grow accounts.
Monitor and manage KPIs such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and retention metrics.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and safety procedures for field employees.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership.
Represent the agency professionally at networking and community events.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of staffing/recruiting industry experience required.
2+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
Proven ability to drive business results and lead a successful team.
Strong customer service orientation and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client sites.
