Housekeeper Needed

Our home is a 1, 200 sq ft. townhome with three bathrooms and two bedrooms. We need help with bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen, as well as floors and general dust. I would like the option to have a deep clean every once in a while. We're looking for someone who sees the dirt that we don't think about as well as someone who is thorough and efficient. Parking is available in our neighborhood and we also have a bus stop near the entrance to the neighborhood. We have a 25 pound energetic, 2-year-old dog. He is very friendly and well socialized however he does have a tendency to jump when people walk in the door. Dog people are strongly preferred.
