Requirements:
Active Washington State Physical Therapist License
BLS Certification (CPR)
COVID-19 Vaccination
Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
Ability to pass a clear criminal background check and drug screening
Strong communication and documentation skills
Prior experience in a rehab/skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
