Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A 2025-2026 school year contract position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school settings. This role involves providing speech and language therapy services to students aged 3 to 12, supporting their communication development in a structured educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 45 students.
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student improvements.
- Participate in meetings and professional development related to speech and language services.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and maintain detailed records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and team members.
