We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient migration to Windows 11 for our organization. This position requires hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person migrations of devices to Windows 11, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Adhere to a detailed migration script to maintain consistency and accuracy during the upgrade process.
• Offer on-site technical support, addressing Level 1 and Level 2 tickets in a timely and meticulous manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with users and resolving their technical concerns.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure the migration stays on schedule and aligns with organizational goals.• Proficiency in PC desktop and workstation support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its functionalities.
• Experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Hands-on expertise in desktop imaging solutions such as Autopilot or Intune.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
