Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to support an elementary school caseload in Minnesota. This position offers a valuable opportunity to serve pediatric students on a part-time basis during the full semester, with potential extension into summer hours and the following school year.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Support student communication goals through evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or state certification/licensure for SLPA.
- Experience working in pediatric healthcare, school settings, or teletherapy is beneficial.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for SLPs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage young students.
- Familiarity with school protocols and educational standards.
