Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She refuses medical help, stays in the bed and is not mobile. My mother and I are currently coming over twice daily to change her, get her food, etc. My wife showers her twice a week, shower cloths on other days. She does drink alcohol. About the care needs: Someone with thick skin. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
