Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for meaningful work on a flexible schedule? Peconic Landing is seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to support our Assisted Living team every other Saturday. This role is perfect for those looking to supplement their income, maintain work-life balance, or simply contribute their expertise in a supportive, person-centered environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

As an LPN in our Assisted Living neighborhood, you will:

• Oversee the nursing station during your shift
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Monitor members health and respond to changes in condition
• Provide clinical assessments and direct care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care team members, residents, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and care quality standards
• Support and guide care staff as needed

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $36$38/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Every other Saturday
• Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (8-hour med pass shift)
• Status: Part-Time

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Valid NYS LPN license (required)
• Experience: Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Ability to lead and support care staff
  • Excellent communication and documentation
  • Compassionate and resident-focused mindset
