div h4Job Details/h4 divstrongJob Location/strong: nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;East Hartford, CT/div divstrongSalary Range/strong: nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;$16.35 - $16.35 Hourly/div /div h4Description/h4pstronguRole Purpose/u/strong/p pResponsible for swapping vehicles while ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles./p pstronguLeadership/u/strong/p pThis position does not lead others.nbsp;/p pstronguCore Accountabilities/u/strong/p ol liPicking up and dropping off new and used vehicles dispatched by the Sales Manager from one dealership to another./li liInspect vehicles amp; report any damage on vehicle to management immediately./li liAssist in making auction runs./li liEnsures accuracy in dealer trade paperwork, reporting anything incorrect to management./li liReport any accidents or injuries immediately. Report any hazards to management./li liPerform the duties of the Lot Attendant when asked./li liPerform miscellaneous duties within the dealership as needed./li liAssist in regular customer vehicle wash and vacuum./li liMust be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds, bend, reach overhead, squat and stoop./li /ol h4Qualifications/h4brpstronguCompetencies and Qualifications/u/strong/p ol liHigh School Diploma/li li1-2 yearsrsquo; experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred/li liCan adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset/li liAct as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement/li liPossesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening./li liWorks well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers./li /ol
