Starting pay is $20 per hour, with excellent benefits, opportunities to advance, and a supportive team environment./p pstrongWhat You'll Do/strong/p pAs a Crate Builder, you'll construct wooden crates to safely package glass for delivery to job sites. You'll measure and assemble crates using hand and power tools like table saws, nail guns, and glue guns. You'll also help load and unload materials with forklifts or pallet jacks, organize product and equipment, and inspect items for accuracy and safety before shipment. Inventory checks, order picking, and safe work practices are all part of the job./p pThis is a hands-on, physical role that's ideal for someone who enjoys building, staying active, and paying attention to detail./p pstrongWhat You'll Need/strong/p pTo succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read instructions and use basic tools. Experience with hand and power tools is a plus, but not required-we're happy to train motivated individuals. You should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to lift and move materials as part of your daily work.
