Consider joining our dynamic team./p pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strong Essential Functions/strong/span:/p pUses company vehicles on company business./p pQuality checks inbound shipments to insure accuracy of the labeling processes and stocking procedures./p pPerform receiving functions, including labeling reagents and kits with lot numbers and expiration dates and other sensitiveinformation./p pMaintain quarantine areas to insure that reagents placed for validation are kept isolated and stable until validation is complete./p pQuality checks outbound orders for accuracy./p pPerform accurate data interpretation and input./p pPick and pack product./p pProcess packages for shipping and returns./p pProcess returns./p pConduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy of inventory./p pReplenish stock from back up locations./p pPerform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean working environment./p pMentor junior staff on procedures/p pOther duties as assigned./p pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongPhysical and Other Requirements/strong/span: br /br /Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. br /br /Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. br /br /Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. br /br /Communicate: Frequently and effectively communicate with others. br /br /PPE: Biohazard laboratory environment that requires the use of personal protective equipment in accordance with CDC and OSHA regulations and company policies. br /br /ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures. br /br /Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. br /br /Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling. br /br /Vision: Having close, far, and peripheral visual acuity to perform a variety of tasks such as make general observations of depth and distance. br /br /Color Vision: Perception of and ability to distinguish colors br /br /Age: Must be 21 years old. br /br /Valid Utah Driver’s License: 1)No moving violations within the previous two years 2) No alcohol/drug-related violations on record with the Driver’s License Division br /br /Department of Transportation Medical Card: Ability to pass test and obtain card. /p
