Other duties may be required and assigned./pul style="margin: 10px 0px 3pt; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"liPerforms general housekeeping and custodial duties, including: cleaning of buildings, structures, vehicles, and equipment.nbsp;/liliPerforms snowplowing, grass cutting, and landscaping on plant grounds as well as remote station locations./liliPerforms all types of painting work including surface preparation, caulking, patching and final painting./liliCleans drains and pipelines, removes snow from walkways, driveway and equipment, sweeps, mops, scrubs, and generally keeps all property and ground of the plant in a clean and orderly condition./liliPerforms floor maintenance on various types of flooring surfaces./liliMaintains small gasoline engines and related equipment./liliWorks cooperatively with other Utility departments and staff to respond appropriately to emergency situations, or assist on projects in the plant./liliAdheres to all safety procedures as defined by the Utility work and safety rules.nbsp;/li/ul/dddt style="margin-bottom: 5px; grounds experience with applied knowledge of floor care, landscape and building maintenance./liliPesticide Application License and/or Facility Operating Engineer 3rd Class (Boiler) License is a plus./liliA valid state-issued driver license is required./li/ulbrstrong style="color: inherit;
