"It's a good life at Northern Lakes."/span/span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" class="EOP SCXW223642712 BCX9" data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"We are looking for a strongResident Assistant/Home Health Aide/strong whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior assisted living residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant senior living in Baxter, MN/span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"This caregiver schedule includes;/span/pullispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"64 hours every two weeks ; Full-time/span/span/lilispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"Evening shift ; Shift differential available/span/span/lilispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"Every other weekend and holiday rotation/span/span/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"strongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliAssists residents with personal cares including but not limited to:/liliBathing/showering/liliFoot and fingernail care/liliShaving/liliDressing/liliAssistance with use of hearing aids and/or glasses/liliHair care/liliFeeding/liliToileting/liliEscorts/lili1-2 person transfers and use of mechanical lift/liliProvides health-related services as directed: Assists with treatments per individualized care plan under the direction of the Registered Nurse. (includes blood glucose monitoring)/liliAdministers medication or assists with this under the direction of the Registered Nurse (includes insulin injections).
