Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding process. Complies with all safety requirements for working in a hazardous environment./p p /p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul style="list-style-type:disc" liPerforms all job requirements according to procedures as outlined in the VOITH Quality Manual, Company Procedures, and Work Instructions./li liReports problems to higher levels of authority as required by the Quality System./li liConfer with Engineers, production personnel, or others as needed to satisfactorily resolve quality problems./li liPreforms basic MIG and TIG welding techniques./li liAbility to work independently/li liOperate overhead crane, tow motor and various hand tools./li liRequired to grind as necessary.  /li /ul p /p pstrongRequirements:/strong/p ul style="list-style-type:disc" liHigh school diploma or equivalent./li liProficiency in blueprint reading and should have mastered basic math skills./li liAble to work from pre-established guidelines such as routings to perform the functions of the job./li liWelding amp;/or fabrication: 1-3 years or enrolled in a welding program./li /ul p /p pemDon’t meet every single requirement but think you would be a good fit for our team?
